Director, Analytics & Insights

We are looking for a Director, Analytics and Insights who can translate business data into meaningful and actionable insights for our internal and external stakeholders. We believe data plays a big part in many decisions making for businesses globally. He/she will align the integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies and goals of the organization.

In TSA, the Director, Analytics and Insights will be involved in many strategic decisions within the organization. As TSA transit into an Analytics based company, he/she will be tasked to strengthen our in-house analytics capability. The successful professional will need to lead and manage a small team on multiple projects concurrently, track projects timeline and resources, great ability to problem solve and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.


  • Manage multiple resources and projects concurrently to ensure successful completion of analytic projects

  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations, which tell the analytic story, providing actionable insights with recommendations

  • Manage various analytic projects, including profitability, timelines and feasibility

  • Ensures strong operational processes are in place to deliver across all areas of responsibility

  • Integrates work with other teams including Marketing, Technology, Information System and other functions within the organization

  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships across segment and business groups

  • Directs a team of analysts that use business data and various analytical tools to provide insight into business performance

  • Presents reports to management for use in decision making and strategic planning


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or relevant field or master’s degree from an accredited university preferred

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in delivering analytic results working

  • Experience with strategic planning using quantitative techniques

  • Demonstrated understanding of enterprise data warehouse, big data, BI & analytics, content management and data management

  • Experience in Analytical tools like SPSS, Tableau, Qlikview, MySQL, Power BI
